How God is Providing in Amazing Ways!Through starting Camp Infinity, God is teaching us very clearly that HE KNOWS HOW TO COUNT! This was our reaction the other day when we received a scholarship gift for exactly the number of scholarships we had given out earlier that day! (read more)

Enhanced Strategies for PromotionWe are purposing to reach home schoolers and are having flyers handed out to everyone who attends Teach Them Diligently conferences in DC and Dallas. If you plan to attend either of these and would like to help us promote, let us know. We had a few campers register from the Greenville/Spartanburg  TTD conference just by having Answers in Genesis pass our flyers to everyone who purchased at their booth. Getting the word out helps recruit more campers. We have room for more but are content with whomever the Lord sends us to inspire for His Glory!

We have announced a referral & rebate program to families who have a registered camper. By getting someone else to sign up, they can receive discounts or rebates on their child's tuition. Contact us if you are interested in receiving more information about this program.

A textbook publisher representative has agreed to promote Ci in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. These states are right in our backyard.  We trust the Lord to bring in a few more campers from these states.  If you have any connections with Christian schools, home school groups or local churches and would like to help us find rising junior high students for whom Ci is a good fit, we would be happy to mail you some flyers. Just contact us.

Ways you can help us promote and recruit the right campers:

  • like us on Facebook and ask your friends to like us.
  • tell people to explore our website, CampInfinity.com, which has lots of good blog articles, our statement of faith, bio on each of our speakers for this summer's program, information about some of our STEM & apologetics activities, and much much more.
  • pass out flyers to parents of children who love science and enjoy learning. Email us and we will be happy to send some to you.
  • encourage folks you believe would like Ci to sign up for this newsletter on the bottom of our website.

Blessings & NeedsBeing on the front lines of a new ministry, (while it has its challenges) gives us the honor of seeing the Lord's working in so many ways.   Here are just a few to highlight God's work:

  • spent last week at Creation Museum with the BJU Science & Technology Ministry Team as they did robotics workshops.  This team was one of the reasons we decided to start Ci.
  • the Lord provided an air hockey table for free!
  • the Lord allowed us to meet the family that built the zip line course at the Creation Museum that we will be using for one of our exciting STEM activities this summer. Mike Holder shared lots of great math and science concerning zip lines - how they work and how to give the participants a safe and thrilling ride.
  • we have received approximately $6000 in scholarship donations which have allowed several campers to attend who otherwise would have missed out on this unprecedented STEM + CAMP (Creation Apologetics Made Personal) program.

Here are a few specific needs for which you could pray:

  • we need more campers, especially the second week, July 13-19.
  • preparation for counselor training week, June 30 - July 5.  Pray the Lord will use the excellent creation apologetics teaching.
  • we would like another air hockey table to provide some fun competition with a mathematical twist.
  • more scholarship donations to help families with financial needs to be able to send their children to Ci.

You can donate securely using PayPal. Designate your donation to [email protected] which is registered with PayPal or simply use this secure donation link. If you would prefer to write a check, make it out to "Camp Infinity" and mail to 122 Montverde Drive, Greenville, SC 29609. Your entire donation will be applied to help needy campers. Camp Infinity is a registered 501c3 with the IRS.
