Ci & Answers in Genesis

Ci strives to inspire young people to learn STEM and develop solid Bible answers to guard their heart and present God's truth to their culture. One of the organizations we are very proud to be strongly aligned with is Answers in Genesis. AiG's focus is to provide answers to questions about the Bible—particularly the book of Genesis—regarding key issues such as creation, evolution, science, and the age of the earth. The Creation Museum, a ministry of AiG, provides Ci the perfect place to give our students hands-on exposure to both STEM and apologetics (answers).

AiG's founder and CEO, Ken Ham, wrote a blog this week promoting Ci 2.0 for students who are fascinated with science. Here is a short excerpt from Ken's blog:

These camps are happening near the Creation Museum and include sessions with AiG speakers and other creation scientists. Students will also tour both an evolutionary museum and the Creation Museum. During these museum trips, students are taught the difference between man’s view of the world and God’s view and are encouraged to start their thinking from God’s Word. With a low camper-to-counselor ratio, Ci works hard to affect hearts for Christ. Our staff at the Creation Museum noted how much time the counselors took with each student as they toured the museum.

We are proud of our close connection with Ken and AiG. As I have blogged before, Camp Infinity was started near the Creation Museum because of the strong equipping ministry of AiG. This year we are pleased to say 5 of our 6 camp programs include in depth tours of the Creation Museum. We are now accepting a limited number of applications for each camp. There are also a number of scholarship opportunities available. Details are posted on our website All camps are starting to fill up so do not delay. He also loves reading. Throughout his life he has been a dreamer, imagining a never ending series of what ifs and maybes. From a young age, God gave him a passion for learning all he could about the world around him.
