We offer a variety of camps for different ages but all of our camps have one purpose—to grow a love for God’s Word, Jesus Christ, and STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) in young people. Through a variety of hands-on activities, which change every year (although the ever-popular robotics is always a staple), campers grow in their knowledge of God’s creation and how it works. They learn about technology from a biblical perspective and are taught to think on all subjects starting with God’s Word. Many parents are scared of or worried about their child’s love for science because secular and naturalistic thinking controls so much of the discipline. But God invented science and it always confirms His Word and our young people need to know that! Camp Infinity exists to teach them just that.
We are excited to announce the dates for our upcoming Ci 4.0 camps have been released.
This six-day, overnight camp is designed for students in grades 7-12. Campers will tour the Creation Museum, a biblical history and apologetics museum in Petersburg, Kentucky, and—for the first time ever—the Ark Encounter, a full-size Noah’s Ark filled with teaching exhibits located just 45 minutes from the Creation Museum. They will participate in many hands-on STEM activities, listen to world-class creation apologetics speakers and scientists, program robots, view the heavens with an astronomer, and more! It’s a week packed with solid teaching, good fellowship, and hands-on learning. Our overnight youth camps will be June 26-July 1, 2017, July 10-15, 2017, and July 17-22, 2017.
We’re excited to announce we are having two Teen Day camps this year for grades 7-12. Young people will tour the Creation Museum, learn about physics by riding zip lines, program robots, hear from creation scientists, experiment with hands-on STEM activities and so much more. Many families choose to vacation in Northern Kentucky while their young person attends Ci during the day. With the newly opened Ark Encounter nearby, this is a great time to head to Kentucky for an adventure you won’t soon forget. Our teen day camps are taking place July 3-5, 2017 and July 6-8, 2017.
It’s not just older students that need to be encouraged in their love of STEM and directed to God’s Word—younger students need it too! Our Junior Day Camp is designed for curious students in grades 3-6. This camp will introduce them to STEM and biblical apologetics. They will see that God loves science and wants us to study it for His glory. During this camp, students will tour the Creation Museum, participate in STEM activities, view the planetarium show, program robots, and even ride a camel! This year’s camps are taking place July 3-5, 2017 and July 6-8, 2017.
Ci 3.0 saw our first-ever family camp. Well, it was so popular we decided to do it again this summer. This unique camp allows parents (and siblings!) to learn more about the field of STEM that has captured their young person. Understanding STEM helps you to connect with your child, encourage them in their gifting and interest, and have meaningful apologetics conversations. During the camp you will tour the Creation Museum and listen to creation apologetic speakers as a family and your young person will participate in hands-on STEM activities. You will also attend a Stargazer’s night and watch a planetarium show. Join us at Potter’s Ranch and the Creation Museum July 2-5, 2017.
