A Homeschool Convention for Everyone in Your Family

A Homeschool Convention for Everyone in Your Family

Just as believers can not carry out every role in God’s Kingdom by themselves, ministries like Camp Infinity rely on like-minded partners to carry out our mission to build up the next generation of children to the glory of God so they may shine in our ever-increasingly darkening culture. The Teach Them Diligently (TTD) Convention is one such partner.

Over the past two decades, the homeschool movement has gone from being a “counter-cultural” practice to the preferred way millions of families choose to educate their young people. More and more, it’s not just the select few Christians who have no other options, except to perhaps enroll their children in the local public school.

Both believers and non-Christians alike, are holding to the belief that education begins in the home, and that home is their preferred choice in educating the next generation. As more and more people choose home education, more and more secular thought is being promoted to the homeschool community. Have you noticed?

Several years ago, my good friends, David and Leslie Nunnery, decided to start the Teach Them Diligently Homeschool (TTD) convention.  David and Leslie were ideally suited to start TTD. David had a lot of experience putting together large venues which require lodging, meetings spaces, etc. Leslie, as a home school mom, is an excellent communicator and provides helpful tips and encouragements to other moms. Like Camp Infinity, TTD recognizes the primary goal of education is to disciple young people to the glory of God. The convention stands alongside our ministry concerning issues such as the inerrancy and authority of Scripture, including the foundational standard that God created everything in six literal days.

Camp Infinity has had an active role at TTD. We have the privilege of offering our God & Robots workshop at each of this year’s conventions in Arkansas, Tennessee, Ohio, and Georgia.

Children, moms, and dads will all gain a sense of renewal and refreshment by attending this upcoming year’s conventions. Speakers like Ken Ham, Kirk Cameron, Tony Evans, Pam Tebow, and others who understand what it takes to raise godly children will be there encouraging your entire family.

Now’s a great time to register for one of the 2017 conventions. See you there!
