The month of March means spring break for most folks around the country. It’s a great opportunity to spend some time as a family, maybe take a trip somewhere, or get a head start on spring cleaning or gardening. But, by the time spring break ends and the kids are back in school with a regular routine, many moms are wondering, “What am I going to do to keep these kids busy and productive all summer?” That can be quite the challenge! One mom, whose boys are regular campers each summer at Camp Infinity, summed it up this way and gives one great suggestion for what kids can do this summer:
In just a few weeks, we mothers will get a taste of what summer will be like—spring break. And since I just booked our family’s trip to the coast, I am craving the fun with my boys. While I look forward to a break from the routine, I am not looking forward to the break from the regular routine. Many of you are chuckling because you know what I am referring to—the constant snacking, the often heard, “I’m bored,” the messes, and the later bedtimes. But, before you think I only dread breaks, let me tell you my boys are growing up way too fast and I savor every moment we have together.
I know after I get my taste of spring I am going to begin thinking about summer. As I put on my Activities Coordinator hat, I will begin having to think of ways to keep my boys busy. From chores to music lessons to trips to the library and gardening, there is one thing we look forward to—Camp Infinity! While Ci is a full day’s drive for us, we enjoy researching places we can visit while we make our trek to camp. I also love knowing that while at Ci, my boys are going to learn and have a blast all from a biblical worldview.
So, take a break from spring break and check out everything we’re offering this summer at Ci. But don’t delay—spots are filling up fast! Learn more at CampInfinity.com.
